Was very happy with the work and price for the specific services I received. However, my only complaint is the quoted cost of some necessary services I will need which total almost 2000. Other than that, the service was great and I walked away with a clean, repaired vehicle.

Excellent customer service

I was very happy with the extremely fast service! The only issue I noticed was the mileage typed incorrectly. My Fit has 9,194 miles on it, not 91,194. Hopefully that doesn't get reported to Carfax or anything incorrectly. Thank you! Kirk T

I have no complaints on Alexis. He was a pleasure to work with. However, I did not have the best experience as a whole. My car was changed from cloth to leather but the back panels were left beige. I was told by Scott Collins that I agreed to only having my seats done. That was not the case. I would have never agreed to that. I was told they already gave me a good deal & to change the back panels would cost the company more money. When I dropped my car off at Surprise Honda it had 202 miles. When I signed the paperwork to retrieve my car it said it was at 212 miles. When I got in my car it had 270 miles. I was never told my car would be driven anywhere. And my gas was not filled to where I had left it. I was told that was how things were done and would not be reimbursed for my gas. Even though with a rental we must fill it back up, my car does not get the same respect in return. It never occurred to me to ask if my car would be driven off the lot. I would assume that information would have been provided to me and given the option to drive my car to the facility if that is indeed the case. When I leased the vehicle the contract said it had 14 miles. When I drove it off the lot it was at 40 miles. I didn't care nor did I bring it up but now that the documents have been false once again I am starting to notice a pattern. A young lady by the name of Lesly was real helpful and said she would leave a message for John O'Connor to contact me. There were two other gentlemen that came out to view the car and told me that they would be in contact. As of right now, I am not happy with Surprise Honda. There are many friendly staff members but I feel that information has been omitted and or falsified. I would like to resolve this issue and have someone call me. Thank you - BIANCA B
