Paid about $300 more than quoted. When a customer asks how much it would cost everything being charged should be included in the discussion including labor and extra fees not just the part price which was also different on the receipt than what he told me. Also when I called for a shuttle to pick me up to get my car it took 2 hours from the time I called to get there and he also made a stop to pick up another client so it just added on the the time I did not have considering all that waiting made me late for work. Overall completely unsatisfied. Will not be going back to get any work done at surprise honda.

David is a good person. Just long in getn my oil changed. 2 hrs. Car washed, but they dont dry windshield. Water spots all over every window. So have to do washer fluid but messes up sides of windows n just would appreciate windows being dried. Not water spotted. Thank u. For cleaning my car. It looked good. Just want windows to not b water spotted.

I went to a few dealers for service and I wasn't much impressed because it felt like they all talked down to me or were in rush for the next Custmer to service but AL was very great at talking with me and walking me through the steps needed to have have my wife’s car back ,, I did tel him I had another quote $300-400.00 cheaper but I get his knowledge and trust in the dealer was worth the extra cost
I have five kids and I try to save money where I can but I felt I invested in a great relationship of trust for the future
