The agent was very nice and tried to assist w/ getting my free oil change by asking great and calling the third party but: 1) Took 2 hours which seems excessive for an oil change with an appointment.
2) I was one day after my free oil change expired, even though I tried to get an appt the day before but you were booked.
3) Within 10 minutes of driving away, my tire pressure light came on and I had to go back.

I was there for a oil change 10 minutes prior to appointment, sait in line , only car in line. Sat there for 15 to 20 min with all the other workers on their cell phones. Its anoying to me to be ontime and then get out later just for an oil change
