Levi Sainz is awesome. On the way to drop off vehicle for an oil change. it started missing. It was diagnosed and determined it was the spark plugs which were change approximately 26,000 miles. Although the were not under warranty.
Levi went out of his to make sure the were covert at no cost. That act of kindness brings great credit to himself and Germain Honda. This by far is the best Honda I have been to.

When we drop the car to have two recalls repaired, we were never told that the parts for one of the recalls was on backorder. Had we known this in advance we probably would have made other arrangements to have everything completed in one visit. This was not done and now we need to return the car again once the parts arrive for the second Recall.

My service advisor was not able to see my alignment report on his computer, so he could not answer my questions when I called in after the service. It required a second trip to the service center. The alignment was not completely correct and needed to be redone. I am satisfied now that it is corrected, but it should not have required 2trips to get it done. My service rep, Levi Sainz, is very good, but ha should have access to all my service records.

Andree's customer service was outstanding. Everyone at the dealership was very nice. Only negative comment...the hood of the car was not shut completely. My wife picked the car up Monday evening and Tuesday morning at 7:30am she had to pull off the freeway to shut the hood. It was latched but it was not closed so it was flopping up and down.
