It’s the second time I have my wife take the truck for service sense I work and it’s the second time that my wife had an issue with I believe mike it’s the one of the service manager. Wife was waiting for some one to come over and help her but as soon another vehicle show up some one come and help them. This young lady comes out and my wife is she has been help and she said no so she said that mike would help her. He did but with an attitude and my wife says that it’s the second time she the same attitude from mike
