I came in because I was hearing a squeaky noise coming from my air vents they said they will have to a diagnostic to see what’s wrong came back said it was a blower motor and it had to be replaced when I left I heard the noise again but louder when I brought it back they said they couldnt hear anything wrong which when I brought it back I couldn’t hear it either when I heard the noise again the guy came back out said that it’s not the same noise from before he heard the noise for no more then 2 min I drive this car everyday since 2017 and your trying to tell me it’s not the same noise it def was so feels like I just threw $318 away on the same noise I heard . I feel like they replaced something that wasn’t even the issue, some of the guys here are sooo rude . Won’t ever go back here again

when i dropped off my car it was with nathan **** with the understanding of an oil change, spark plugs & valve adjustment for a total of $1166.06 (i did not request a 3 stage fuel service as i didn't have the finances for it due to my wife's recent cancer surgery) BUT i was blindsided with a bill of $1337.34 by David **** ... i am not a happy honda owner at this time that extra $200 came out of my wife's medication finances and my son had to pay the bill as i could not afford the $1337.34 respectfully timothy lee thompson ****-****-xxxx
