Mike was great, not only was he professional but he really knows his stuff. I came by the day prior to my appointment just to make sure we were all on the same page. Then I came in for my appointment, waited for two hours only to be told that it’s all a “ No Go “ . It’s not Mike’s fault, and I understand that these types of jobs can get ugly real fast . You guys never even ran my car through the car wash . Duuuhhh ... I have worked in a Kawasaki Dealership, and I say that you guys have a leadership problem. Whoever is in charge sets the tone of that outfit, and all I got left to say is, “ Who’s In Charge “ !!!
