Byron is an excellent service advisor. I have long given up on having the aircon of my car repaired because the quote for the job 6 months ago was $2,000.00. But Byron said he could probably help out by checking warranties and submitting the problem to Honda itself. Because of his help, I got my aircon repaired for only $413.00.
