Alfredo was extremely helpful and created a great experience. Personally, he’s one of the best Honda service advisor I’ve ever been to, and I’m a Honda owner since 2007. He’s an honest advisor and that’s hard to come by. I’ll definitely come back to see Alfredo again.

Today I visit there for my oil change and examination. I have issue with my battery is been only 1 year and is bed again I did talk to them (manager Jennifer) they say thay can’t do anything because your car not under warranty but my question was my battery have is only 1 year old so policy is 3 years so why they don’t want exchange me is on going issue with battery .
They are very fast today took around 1:30 hours estimate was 2 hours because they have less employees then compare to cross street on Jennifer tell me this but also manger Jennifer have good experiences but she was speaking loudly and no smile and no sweet talk hopefully they will work on it .
