Are you really committed? How did you go about achieving this exactly? Did you return my phone calls? Did you address any of my concerns? Did you waste my time? You and this dealership are a piece of work. Every layer of this organization has clearly another mission and it isn’t to resolve problems with the vehicle. Such a disgrace to tarnish the Honda name. Honda should revoke your license.
