I waited longer than the promised time for my oil change to be completed. This was especially disappointing because a customer who arrived after me at the express service center was done with his appointment over twenty minutes before Juan A. told me my car was done. Once it came time to pay for my oil change, I asked Juan A. if there was any sort of discount for the service exceeding the PROMISED TIME that my car would be done. He laughed under his breath and said no. To be honest I was shocked and very disappointed. Why is there a PROMISED TIME if even when the time exceeds that “promised time” (in my case it was 10 minutes later than PROMISED) and there is no sort of accountability on Honda’s end, more specifically Juan A. At the end, he said sorry this happened and “next time will be better.” Unfortunately, seeing how things were handled this time, I do not see there being a next time for me as a customer.
