At first I was not happy with the level of service I received at Hardin Honda and was quite annoyed with how I was treated by one of the other service writers, Cezar. He left an extremely sour taste in my mouth and lowered my confidence in Hardin Honda's ability to service my vehicle. After the first time of getting my vehicle serviced I was extremely disappointed that my vehicle was still not in full working order. I was not happy with the lack of quality control from the techs. I had to bring back my vehicle again and Byron test drove the vehicle and confirmed the issues I brought to his attention. Now my vehicle is finally in working order and I'm able to drive without worrying that I'll be stranded with a malfunctioning car.

When I called about my service last week I was told to come in on Thursday at 1pm as being the best time and that appointments were not offered for oil changes. My oil change took 4 hours today. It was extremely frustrating experience having to be there for 4 hours after being proactive and calling to ask.
I also chose to come back to where we bought the car and it was not the closest dealership to me. I’ll think twice before making that drive and wasting more than half of my fay
