It took way too long today, it’s supposed to be in Xpress oil change but it took two hours and if I didn’t go over and ask if my car was done it might of been longer. The service rep told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half which is still way too long. I came at the lunchtime but the business I work at they stagger lunches so everybody is still seen in a timely matter. Express oil change should be an hour or less not two hours. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again. The service rep was nice and all but two hours shouldn’t be happening.

Cesar Melena was helpful and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. My car was ready as promised. My only comment is the person at the cash register (I didn’t get his name). He was a heavy white fur. He was needs training in customer. He was rude, doesn’t acknowledge customers when I when up to the counter. I finally said, excuse me I am here to pick up my car. Hardin’s service advisors are great except the people at the cash registers are rude.
