The estimated to complete changed from 2 hours to 4. Actual is 6 hours. No call was made to let me know job is done. No one answered the phone. Very unsatisfactory.

There was probably a huge glitch or error with the calling/texting system today because I didn’t receive a call or text about my vehicle being ready. I had to call in my own to verify that. Byron as a worker was courteous and attended my needs when I was at the dealer. So I’m sure this is a problem with technology as I had 0 problems with Byron.
