I sent my 17-year-old daughter to the express oil change service center She told the guy we just wanted a oil change and please check the air in our tires since it looked like one of the tires was low. As she waited in the waiting room, he came in and asked her if she wanted to change a filter that was $40. She said I'll call my mom. how much is the bill right now and he quoted her a figure that was not quite but almost $200. so when she called me, I asked to speak to the guy I said how is my bill that high for just an oil change and he said well you have to get the minor service to get the free oil change and I was like I never asked for a free oil change I do not want the minor service and he got very frustrated on the phone and hung up on me. I called back and nobody answered in the express oil change department so I spoke to someone in service. Told him what happened and he said I will talk to him and have him call you back… Meanwhile, my daughter called me and said the guy said he thought we were a different customer. He got us mixed up with somebody else and he's sorry but he's just having it bad day. I'm human. I understand people having bad days, but I don't completely believe this excuse and neither did my daughter. The fact that he hung up on me was rude because I was so nice to him on the phone even though I felt like he was trying to take advantage of my daughter thinking she wouldn't know better and just say yes to whatever service he suggested, but that wasn't the case she is smarter than that. I've been going to Harden Honda for over 20 years. I have bought my last three cars there. So it was a little disappointing..
