I am very dissatisfied with the services I received when I took my car for a recall, starting off with the service I received from Juan Ayala. I have been a regular customer of this location since 2020. I tried to explain the issue to Juan and all I got from him was such an attitude, very arrogant all he did was do faces. He made me feel less because I was a woman. I have an issue with my car that is electrical and it happened when they did the first electric recall so I explained it to him and all he said was oh well we can’t do anything about it. Didn’t give me any options or explained anything to me. I tried talking to a supervisor but again they acted so arrogant and made me feel like because I am a woman I was less or didn’t know anything about cars.
