Expectation was that my vehicle would be ready when quoted. Called and was told id receive a call back. Waited an hour and then called again, to be told it wasn’t ready. Had plans that had to be cancelled as a result of the late pickup. Should have been called and informed car would not be ready.
Not sure if you do this, but I was expecting my car to be washed. It was not. Shame also that the car was not charged at a courtesy.
