I came to this dealer and purchased four brand-new Good Year tires, as well as the full service,alignment, etc..and I also purchased a lock to the rim about 2 months ago!!! Which I have not received,????
With my luck I got two flat tires yesterday morning. I called the dealer they told me that I was still under warranty, so I got my car towed to Hardin! I paid $150 out of pocket for the tires. As I was leaving I remembered that I still have not received my rim lock. Juan told me it was in my car so I checked and it was NOT not in my car. He goes back in the office and says it’s going to be an additional week. This is just plain ridiculous I would not be going to you guys for anything else. Why would he tell me it’s in my car when he knew it was not in my car!!! And 2 freaking months for a rim lock?????
