Cezar was great, im just irritated that I had an appt at 830 and didn't get my car back until almost 2pm. Kinda feels like what's the point of having an appt. Perhaps u do the cars with appts before those without appts. If that's what y'all are doing then u need to figure out how many cars you should have at each appt time because 5 hr wait for an appt is ridiculous. Next time I will take my car to another dealer

Got to the service side and they sent me to express to get my tires checked. I was having a crazy day at work when i walked out to two flat tires. Chris was able to get my info and concerns. Took a little over a hour but everything got settled. Two patched tires for me. My Friday went from stressful to leaving with relief and a smile. Thanks Hardin Honda Express team.
