My son has been having issues with the Honda Civic for years. It’s left him stranded multiple time. Hardin Honda has not been able to determined what’s wrong with the car. Paul is aware of this problem and it’s on record the various times I’ve taken to the service department and paid but the problem continues. My son is attending UCR and needs a reliable car to attend school. We are continuously paying AAA to transport the car. Please loot into this matter and get back to me. This last time I paid for a new battery.

Alex was fantastic. From the moment I called asking what the time and cost on my diagnostic would be he assured me he was going to take care of it start to finish. It was covered under extended warranty and Alex made sure it was handled properly. Heck, he even checked me out AND went and got the car and drove it up for me instead of having a porter do it.
