I was there early just like your worker ask me to , I also received a message from you telling me that you were going to give me a priority on my service and you keep me from 7:35 am until about 5:30pm or so. Question? Do you really think that I will want it to use your services again??? I’m not so sure because it looks like there was no supervision of any kind an order of the way you are coming in . Sorry but I have to said something… anyway thanks for your service. Oh and that was with an appointment can you imagine if a didn’t have an appointment. Woooow wrong ????

I was sent an email at 4:55pm (5 minutes before closing). The fact that I was sent an email instead of a phone call is what baffled me. I have also gotten a phone call to let me know that my car was ready. I don’t understand why I was sent an email at 4:55 pm instead of a phone call. When it comes to a phone call I answer almost right away, but when it come to an email I do not check them often. Because I don’t check my email often I saw the email at 5:09 and by the time I got to the shop there was no one there. I had checked online and it said that the service place closed at 6pm so I was confused why no one was there. I then called Chris which lead to no answer. I then saw the sign that said that the service place closes at 5 which is when I got frustrated at the fact that I was sent an email at 4:55. Because I couldn’t get my car back I had to miss a day at work the following day which **** because I now lost 12 hours on my paycheck just to pick up my car because of the poor communication. I also had to walk in the morning to Honda to pick up my car because I had no ride to get me there. This was very unprofessional and has caused me Injury. I am disappointed and I hope this doesn’t happen again. I believe that Honda has to make this right for the trouble I went to. Contact info: Phone: ****-****-xxxx
