Juan and Freddy are Amazing! Both of them took care of me today as they always do. Juan is one of the best people that you have representing Hardin Honda. And Freddy always takes great care of my family vehicles. I drive 40 minutes to see your team and pass at least 8 other Honda dealerships on the way. The only reason I don’t go to a closer dealer is because they do not have Juan or Freddy. Know that Cezar, Juan, and Freddy are the absolute best and as long as they are at Hardin Honda I will continue to bring my vehicles and refer people to you.

Only thing I wish has been different was the communication on what was wrong with my vehicle. Received a call when it was ready but wasn’t given any information before or even during the call about what had been the issue, how much it was going to be or what had been fixed.
Car is fine and my AC is working great. Will be coming back. Just hoping for more communication throughout.

Been a customer for decades. You would think due to no new cars on the lot, lack of sales Hardin would strive at 5??
#1 After a full day of service, new tires & $1000 bill will need to bring the Pilot back. The alignment paid for is waaay off. Wasn’t done and or checked. Another day of sitting and waiting hours
#2 didn’t call for hours car was ready
#3 Hardin Honda lack of phone customer service has gone to pot.
No pick up after being transferred (tried 6xs in one day just to ask questions & get a quote, gave up). No return call after finally getting a voice mail. Receptionist had to walk across the street to bring attention to Simon. Will try another Honda service next time like Weir Canyon
