Promised vehicle in 3 hours and got vehicle back after almost 7 hours. And this was for a simple oil change. No call and no updates. Called three separate times and no live person. Got voice mail and left message. No call back. Horrible experience. We will be looking for service from different center for future visits. Totally unsatisfied.
