I wish the technician would have explained the final bill to me. I was quoted 420.13 and when I went to pay it was closer to 460. When I asked he said he forgotten to tell me about the extra charge for the power steering fluid, which of course I should be responsible for it. But what bothers me is that had to ask why it was different than the original quote. Also I was told the 420.13 didn't no include taxes. That's my fault for not asking... I thought it did????
