The service took much longer than expected. The estimate when I arrived was 2-3 hours. I waited. It took a little over 4 hours to complete my service. It was somewhat discouraging to have everyone who had been in the waiting room leave and others who arrived after me leave as well. Had I originally been told 4+ hours, I would have requested a ride home or made arrangements for a ride and left my vehicle.
Other than that, the service was thorough and excellent as always.

I was actually very satisfied --- however there was one issue in my multi- inspection report noted: "replace battery soon"..... And the guy who finished off my paperwork with me didn't mention it at all. I read it later.... I thought it would have been appropriate for him to call my attention to that. Otherwise all good. Chris and Staff were very friendly etc. I love my Civic. ???? Thank you!
