Service Tech Frank was very warm and gracious as I brought in my Civic for a national Honda recall (air bag). I had also asked about a previous recall--the paint job on selected cars, including my own; that whether a subsequent recall had been issues for "other" parts of the car not covered by the paint recall but now deteriorating. Frank went to see if the District Manager (I don't remember his name) was in; he wasn't, but Frank said he would pass on my concerns and I would hope that the District Manager would contact me. But back to Frank: he was excellent and kudos to him!
