I didn't fully sgree with diagnosis about the extent of damage from the nail in tire;was tired and agreed to purchase another tire there---could have gone elsewhere for a much cheaper tire; and have seen tires with worse punctures patched----I paid the money but regret not taking the car elsewhere.
I have no negative attitude toward the representative Marsh--he was doing his job---

He seems agitated when talking to me and unprofessional. Also the last time I came in I got a vehicle inspection but he said i did not. He recommended i get a minor inspection but I do not want to pay for a vehicle inspection again when i already did it the last time.
