I brought the car in to have the alignment re-checked after it had been aligned just a week or 2 earlier. The alignment paperwork provided at the previous service showed the vehicle's alignment being out of manufacture's specification. The adviser's response was that there was nothing they can do. The alignment being out of specification should have been discussed with me when I picked the vehicle up the first time around.
