I went in 4 days prior for an oil change and everything seemed to check out just fine with the multipoint inspection. But then here I am, 4 days later, because my car battery died. Bryon checked in with me throughout the process of trying to figure out what possible solutions could be done before going with the full replacement of my car battery. Super considerate and understanding! Thanks Byron! He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with Honda's services. I greatly appreciated it!
