I am always very pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service provided by the Express Service department at Hardin Honda, especially by Chris Montag. David on the other hand needs to polish those skills. Besides that, I went last Friday and they were so busy I left and came back today, just to find out they were as busy. David told me it would take an hour and a half for an oil change. That is no Express Service. They were able to do it in an hour and 10 minutes, which is longer than it should take.

We were in for brakes to replaced front and rear and you honestly said your front has more pad left we only needed to replace th rear. So refreshing not to be taken advantage of as a customer.
