Byron called me before my anticipated time and informed me that the inspection of my vehicle would take a little longer. Then called me back when it was ready. He was very helpful and friendly. He made the process very easy.

Someone left the key on and it drained the battery almost dead, I had to get a jump start before I left the dealership and 3 more times after. I am trying to find a new battery to replace this one. It won't even hold a charge. It was only 7 months old. At least I got a car wash. They were very nice and helpful. I'm just upset that whoever worked on my car would do such a thing. It's not that hard to take the key out, if they needed the key on just put a charger on it.

So far everything is operating fine. However the car wash was horrible. The inside was not wiped off and the inside windows had had not been touched. I did not realize this until I was on the freeway and to late to turn around. Omar was very helpful, which I appreciated.

I was told the car was ready on Monday and took an Uber to get the car only to find out it wasn't actually ready and had to come back on Tuesday at cost of another $50. One of the problems was the car radio which was not fixed, the car remote didn't work and still doesn't and now there is a red airbag light come one which wasn't there before. So I paid $125 to put a new battery in the key fob. I knew the it wasn't working that's why I brought it in! So, in answer to your question..no I am definitely not happy with the service. Far from it. No doubt I will have to pay more money out to get the car fixed or maybe I can just pay you another $125 and you can tell me again what I already knew when I brought it in.
