Today was a complete waste of time. I dropped off my car, confirmed my contact number & was told the car would be ready around 4. I waited in the service waiting room for about 20 mins or so & got a ride home with shuttle. At3:45 or so I received a text stating that the service department had tried calling me twice & left me two voicemails (which was not true.) my phone had not rung & I had no voicemails. The text said the part was faulty & could not be used for the replacement & that they had ordered a new part to be delivered 2/6. When I called the dealership I spoke to Cezar who again told me he had left me Teo voicemails (which I didn’t have on my cell phone.) he said that he called me 15 mins after I left which is untrue as I was still in the waiting room at that tie. I realized he had probably called my old work number that is also a 562 number. What upsets me is that we had confirmed my cell phone number at check in & if I didn’t answer at the first number why wouldn’t he have called the second number. I believe that part was never there to begin with...

everything was good exept my experience with the shuttle waited over an hour didn't hear from anyone I try calling the service dept to get feed ad on my ride couldn't get thru , I ended waiting over and hour just ended ordering a uber

Alfredo did a wonderful job. He was polite and helpful. However, the mechanics that serviced my car used the USB cord and did lleft It attached to the usb as well as left their 3 wrenches in the front seat. I will return them on Friday when I come by to pick up an item I bought at the parts department

Alfredo was extremely helpful and kind with my tire rotation and oil change. My car was ready much earlier than expected; very much appreciated!
