Byron handled my problem in a professional manner. He told me the cost upfront and said that they would check out the vibration I was experiencing during acceleration. Later that morning informed me that they thought they had found the problem and it required a software update. He also informed me that it would be covered by warranty and that there would be no charge. He went on to tell me To drive the vehicle and if there was any problem to let him know right away. So far I have not re-experienced the problem. Byron has it professional and pleasant approach when interacting with customers. I appreciate that.
