I was told that there were various major issues with my car that needed to be replaced costing about $4000. I took the car for a second opinion and was shocked to learn that my car did not eat any of those items.
Although Alfredo was very nice, I did find him to tell him about what I learned. He then changed his story to say that what they quoted me was just preventative maintenance. Which was a total lie. At this point, I would like to speak to Mr. Hardin. I expect a phone call at the very least by Monday.

I wanted further information about my service and was told I would receive a call back but I never did. Also there was lack of communication between representatives so after my service was complete no one told me I needed to go to the cashier the person driving my car simply gave me my keys so I left. After I had left 30 minutes later I received a call about having to go back to pay for my service. It was inconvenient and out of my way. Of course I went back to pay but it was inconvenient for me to have to go back.

MELENA explained to me about what my car had been served as what tasks were done in my car .. & provided me all info which I need to understand & need to know .. as this is a minor check up for your car : as your car needed oil change & we will check your tires ..&
..when my car is done ..& Mr. C. Melena looked for me & informed me all info in details .. like your car’s tires had been checked & rotated & we filled more air to your car’ tires in .. # psi ... & when your car reach to 30k miles, you need to do ..this ..that with air /fuel filter ..& next oil change is free ...
& Final, he came to Cashier office to look for me & Mr. Cezar Melena opened the door for me to my car which is ready opened for me to get in after I paid $$ in cashier.. —> Mr. CEZAR MELENA IS A PRO staff of Honda Hardin in both Customer Service & Technical skills.. & He is a PRO CSR & a gentleman as said above.. Thank you all & Thank you to Mr. Cezar Melena & Thank you to the Pro ASE Mechanic Technican who take care my car ..
