I had a diag done on a problem. The diag fee was applied because I opted not to have the recommended repairs done at this time. I was informed if I returned within two months the diag fee would be applied as a credit toward the repair but none of this was documented in the invoice. I believe it should have to ensure this is honored. Also, additional recommendation repairs were not properly documented. There were some attachments with some estimates but it was not clear what all this was. Such recommendations should be summarized with a clear estimate.
