I was expecting the same level service I got when purchasing my car and I was just disappointed in a few things. The gentlemen who helped were friendly enough but I felt like I was not a priority and it wasn’t sincere. In addition, I asked about the discount I was promised on the accessories from Miguel. I was told it was between me and the sales person. I expected that this could be looked into but nope it was all on me. I asked another sales person who told me she didn’t have the GSMs business card and office is locked. She said go ask a sales manager. I went up to the front and one guy tried blowing me off to the front receptionist when I asked for GSMs email address. The other manager there jumped in and told the other manager to provide it to me. I’m so turned off by this dealership and I’m not sure I’m coming back. I was going to bring my other Honda but I think Rethinkijg taking either of my two cars now.
