I brought my 2015 Honda Accord in to have the battery replaced and 2 new tires. When I brought my car in it was showing TPMS, Power Steering and Traction Control telltales. Rodolfo called me and said my car was ready to pick up. He told me that all the lights had been cleared and had not returned. I specifically asked him about the power steering light. He told me that all the lights were either related to low voltage or TPMS, but that all the lights were now off. I'm not sure if he actually verified this for himself because as soon as I drove my car off the lot I noticed all the same lights were on as when I brought my vehicle in. I immediately turned around and pulled back into the receiving bay. Rodolfo walked out to my car and told me to just drive a few miles and the lights would turn off by themselves. I've been driving Hondas my whole life. I know that at minimum the TPMS has to be recalibrated in the vehicle settings but I'd never seen the power steering light come on in this car so I was especially concerned and even mentioned this on the intake form. Now I want someone to explain to me why the power steering light came on, and why after spending $445 and having my vehicle in service for 6 hours (11am - 5pm) it was was returned to me with the same lights on that I brought it in with. Even if the lights were designed clear on their own, you don't return a car to the customer with telltales on. If the lights are still on, the job is not done! We've driven the car for over five miles around town now and have had multiple key cycles and all the same lights are still on the dash. Now I have to drive around all week with these lights on until I can find time to come back to the dealer to find out what's going on. I live less than one mile from Hardin Honda so it's convenient, but in the past I have opted to drive to Westminster Honda -- where I purchased the vehicle new -- because I prefer the service experience there. I'm going need some additional recommended service which I plan to come in for in the next two weeks. I hope you will consider how to make this right. Thank you for your time, Stephen J. Dycus
