Sort of satisfied. The diagnostics came up with nothing wrong. I drove the car the rest of the afternoon with many stops with no problem. It seems odd that the battery needed a charge the night before. I don't think I left the door ajar or anything else to drain the battery. So I don't understand! I appreciate the car wash.

Omar did not sound knowledgeable at all. Considering the fact he is the assistant manager he should know what to say and what not to say to the customers. Eventually, he brought in his Manager Jennifer who obviously had an attitude and stern voice. She needs to learn how to take it easy and how to talk to customers to begin with. Apologize is where it all starts, lady. Stop defending Omar when you know he is wrong! I swear I will tell every single person I know to avoid Hardin Honda simply because of the way I was treated by Omar and Jennifer. I’ve been Hardin’s client for past 10 years and once my lease is done with them, I am done! Thanks Hardin.
