Everyone was very nice to me. It kind of **** that they weren’t able to patch a hole in the tire, which made me go to another place to get new tires. However I understand limitations.

I’m sorry to inform you that your “ repair on the first visit award” has been tainted, I’ve taken my car back for the 5th time, since January 25th. It is hard to believe that it took me so long to be able to afford the car I always wanted to transport my grandkids and on the day it turned 5 years old, though it only has 44K miles it is now behaving like a 20 year old odyssey. I’m sadden and frustrated and very disappointed (not with the people of course, but with Honda...) 8-(
