Total miscommunication - I was told that inspection amount can be applied to parts and service and when discussed on call that I wanna purchase part and ask them to apply it to that which was agreed by associate and when came to pick up they didn't meet that agreement and told they care for money and they don't service of that kind. Its not way you treat your customers and manager was rude to me

I was disappointed that the service dept was unable to fix my vehicle in real time. I also was frustrated with the shuttle service. Once the vehicle is ready- transportation should be available within an hour. Ithere should be a back up service such as Uber or Lyft for the client. Customer service is the key to maintain loyalty. Bryon was very kind and helpful. It is not his fault that the Honda workflows/systems makes his job unfavorable.

Very disappointed not taking other Honda dealer ship oil change coupon. I asked for a manager to speak about this, Cesar who was helping me spoke with someone(Don't know who that person is)told me he will honor the coupon only today which is only $5.00 off. It's too bad you guys can not honor anymore other dealership oil change coupons. I bring all my cars(3) for oil changes to your dealer. I guess I will look for other places for oil change from now on.
