Even though we still weren’t able to nail down the issue, I appreciated all his help and explanation that my concerns under the warranty are covered for 5 years or 60 k miles and this issue would be covered beyond that because it’s something we have been working on for quite awhile and intermittent problems that are hard to figure out, unless it’s actually happening while under the technicians supervision, will still be covered after the warranty.

Kari was super helpful. She came right up to my car and asked me what I needed. I told her I was here for regular maintenance and air bag replacement, since I had been going to a different dealer/service provider that wasn’t linked into your system, she reviewed the previous work orders in my glove compartment and determined what already has been done. She was very thorough, very pleasant, called me when it was discovered I needed new brake pads. She made the experience very pleasant and her thoroughness was reassuring.
