I am very pleased ! I had called a while ago about getting my wheel locks installed. Don’t know who I talked with but all I was told to do was come in. Today, I didn’t know I needed my due bill with me in order for them to be given to me. So in order to obtain it, I was told to walk to the other building and find my salesman so that he could print a copy and take me to the parts desk to pick them up. After that, I hand delivered them to the express service center so that they could be installed. I don’t work there, yet I had to do this task myself while there were plenty of staff standing at doors asking me if they could direct me to someone else. It was a simple task but no one on payroll was inclined to do this instead of me, the customer. It doesn’t make much sense why they couldn’t look it up in the system or make a phone call and send someone over to parts to pick it up for me. What if I was in a wheelchair or had an injury or something of that nature where it was more inconvenient for me to do this? Meanwhile, there were employees in the break room making popcorn and others getting coffee and water even one guy staring at the ground for over a minute while I was at the service desk being told to “go over to the other building”. All in all, everyone was friendly and doing the maintenance correctly and I also appreciated the quick car wash, however, I was not completely satisfied to be told to go find my salesman to make a copy of my due bill when I didn’t know that I needed it in the first place. Someone could have done it for me and even been tipped for making that effort for me. I’m not looking for reasons why I had to be the one responsible for going to receive my parts, I’m only looking for a solution as to how the parts could be delivered to the service area in a more efficient way, as I shouldn’t be the runner/assistant/delivery-hand whatever you want to call it.
