It took 4 hours just to do the first oil change and rear camera safety recall for my car! I came in at 9 AM and I have a dental appointment at 1:30 PM. I believe that was enough time for the oil change to get done, for me to get lunch then to travel to my dentist. Since it took 4 hrs for the service I had to skip lunch just to be able to arrive on time for my dental appointment. 4 hours is just too much just for an oil change and software upgrade for a rear camera!

I came in for a routine service. I’ve also had a problem with my car now for about 2 years where the dashboard screen where my mileage and gas screen flicker or just doesn’t turn on. THis has been an ongoing problem for 2 years. I’ve brought it to Hardin Honda about 3-4 different times and each time one of your employees has given me some **** answer as to why it happens. They’ve kept my car for a day or two and according to them they couldn’t replicate the problem henceforth leaving me with the problem for days. I don’t really trust many other places to service my car because I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere but I figured one day they could fix it. Thankfully for Byron’s excellent customer service I was able to walk out of Hardin Honda completely happy for once! He literally went above and beyond to fix my problem and give my car the routine service. I’ve always left Hardin Honda content but Byron being able to address my problem that I’ve had for years makes a huge difference. But I’m still really upset that it took the team 2 years to address this issue and find a solution. It’s pretty ridiculous in my opinion.

Alfredo did a wonderful job the whole time he was helping us. He was polite yet friendly and answered any questions fully. He was not there when we picked up the van so from then on we were dealing with someone else. Half way home my van started shuddering. I called Honda and spoke to a guy - npt Alfredo. I told hom i was bringing the van back. I said i was afraid it wouldnt make it home then back again on Monday. I then got lost because Ball Rd is called Taft when ot meets Tustin. I called at 4.55 to ask someone to wait for me but noone anseered. I arrived at 5.10 and everything was shut. A helpgful msn named Jimmy from the dealers next door helped me find the drop box. I am not at all happy that noone called me back to say what to do when i arrived with a vsn that had been passed as fit to dtive.
