My concerns were addressed and I felt like Kari did a good job on thoroughly explaining what could’ve been the issue and how secure I should feel when driving the car. I was told to come back and they’d be more than happy to help if any new issues arise. I left the service center with my car still experiencing excessive vibrations and although they checked the car to see any problems and nothing was found, I feel like there is something not 100% right with the car for me to be experiencing that with a brand new car and I’m not very satisfied with that. I will be returning to Kari because she was more than helpful and doing a great job and making sure I understood what was going on.
