Kari was informative, helpful and caring. She went out of her way to get everything worked out but even more important to me was she kept me informed. I appreciated her caring attitude and kindness. Rodolfo Ayala Jr. did an excellent job in helping me with my service along with my Honda Link connection. BTW didn’t work due to Honda not having Apple CarPlay in my 2018 HRV! I hate the HONDA LINK! It does not display my address book incoming calls from my Apple IPhone due to I Don not have AppleCarplay!!! Other than the Rodolfo was great and made sure to reset my Honda Link to help me out!

He is a great asset to your team and you should do your best to keep him around because for me personally I just moved to Corona and went to the nearest dealership and did not receive the same amazing service that he and your team provide. I mentioned when dropping off that my front breaks were squeaking and to change “if needed.” After picking up, I noticed the techs notes said break pads were in good condition (6mm) and the cause of the noise was bc of the rotors (which were fixed as well). Overall, process was easy like usual but a bit upsetting that advisor didn’t call to let me know brake pads weren’t needed but still changed.
