I come to get my car serviced here because of the prompt attention, quality service, and, which is important because they are the first you meet, the service writer.
I have a LONG standing relationship with mine.
I usually see him. I saw him to day (Chris Montag), and my last 2 visits, and the person with him at the time of my service.
Both, are friendly, courteous, and informative. And I must say, I did NOT know this man BEFORE we took our Pilot in for ANY service.
This is why I come back.

I brought my car in today, June 19, 2019 at 45,366 miles and asked for an oil and filter change since the wrench icon appeared. I was told that I needed Minor Service today that included the oil change service. I paid $81.35 for this service. I am supposed to have a FREE oil and filter change at 45,000 miles with my Rewards Program, but instead I had to pay for it in the Minor Service cost. Isn’t this Minor Service supposed to be done at 50,000 miles instead?! I feel cheated out of the 45,000-mile free oil change that I came in for today.
