They made some repairs and the car stopped running again, I had it towed in and within 1-1/2 hours they diagnosed the problem and fixed it and I was very pleased with the results. Guy and Jared both handled everything very well, the technician also did an excellent job. Thank you.!!!

Excellent customer service, as always -- beginning with scheduling my appt with Brittany, checking in, and the much appreciated shuttle rides. Guy listened to my concerns and took the time to explain things to me in a simple manner; Omar was very attentive and even left the air on in my car so i would have a cool ride; ricky in parts was very informative when i asked abt accessories. Its always a pleasure dealing with the friendly and professional staff at Gosch !!

While it wasn't entirely the fault of the service department staff, I was charged an additional 55 dollars on my oil change. The check engine light had come on and they ran a diagnostic to find the cause. It turns out that the gas cap was loose at some point and caused the alert. It never reset after I had refueled. And, I was told, you can't manually reset it. This helpful little feature cost me 55 dollars that I don't believe I should be charged. Why no gas cap/door icon?
