Dropped my car off at 11:30 for my 11:40 oil change appt. Was promised 2pm. Had not gotten call so went back at 2:45pm and car was in Bay untouched. After asking if there was a problem with my car they had it in the air at 2:50 and oil change done at 2:53. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Omar Avina and Guy Foster are both Outstanding... No reflection on them at all, BUT... I drive for a living, driving people around for Uber & Lyft. And REALLY, u have to send away to Korea to get my part (condenser) and it takes 3 weeks+ to get it. How can I drive people in the Summer without no A/C. The answer is: You can't... We rely on our 5 Star ratings just as much as Omar & Guy do. And again, they were awesome... BUT, U need to make some different kinds of arrangements to get parts quicker. This cost me, not Hundreds of dollars, BUT it cost me Thousands...And I needed money very badly at the time that this happened. You eed a better situation. Maybe, keep some parts over here in a separate building. Something needs to be done...
