Reza was super great with service even though it was a terribly busy day at the dealership. I would come back again.

My overall customer service experience was horrible. Firstly, the Caucasian,blonde female worker who received my car when I brought my car for the appointment made a small comment on how my car was “old” and said it with a smirk. I brought my car on 12/11/17 for air bag light issues and it took more than a week for the dealership to finish with that service. I just received my car today on 12/20/17. Today, my fiancé and I walked around the show cars outside. One of the workers approached us and tried to see if we had any questions or concerns. This worker was very rude and didn’t listen to what kind of car I was interested in. Instead he was pushing for me to go look at a Lexus even after I had mentioned to him that we interested in this NEW vehicle. He kept pushing for us to shop for a used USED vehicle, which is insulting because we felt like he was judging us from our appearance and our age. He carried himself as “a know it all” which really made us not want to do any business with this dealership. And I am going to be truthful to anyone who ask me about this specific dealership. I truly hope you guys re-evaluate how your workers do their jobs. On the brighter note, the parts department and the cashier were very friendly and helpful. Happy holidays.

The tire pressure was set at 35psi as noted in the report . Af few hours later I found the low tire pressure light is on.

Came in for airbag recall/repair. But they removed my floor mat and stepped on it with dirty shoes. Also remove the car key from my key chain. I don't expect them to mess up my other stuff just do the repair that's asked for Please. Requested Hoan Lee specifically to set up the shuttle pick up at 0430 pm upon dropping my car off in the morning at 0830 am (I also called her again to make sure the return shuttle pick up when I got home that morning) since I have to report to work at 0700 pm that day. She never set up the shuttle. I had to call the service department for the shuttle after 0430 pm. What an unreliable employee!

Reza does an excellent job of insuring my vehicle is serviced promptly and thoroughly according to the maintenance schedule. He's also prompt to let me know when it's ready for pick-up.

The overall experience is good. The advisor helped.

I little scare . I have oil change on Sunday 12-17-2017 but on Monday 12-17-2017 I have to bring the back because oil lead. Look like it lead because the screw not enough tight
