I had maintenance done on Friday. I didn’t drive anywhere this weekend and I got low tire pressure sign. There is no sign of puncture. Two small caps are missing too.

Best service advisor I have had at Piercey Toyota in a very long time-and I've been servicing my vehicles here since I first owned a Toyota Corolla in 2004 (at the old First St location). I have dreaded getting service in the past due to poor customer service, but Marvin was exceptional; he delivered a customer service experience that has me actually looking forward to my next service appointment! I NEVER imagined I would say that in my lifetime. Kudos to this man for providing the most outstanding customer service-he made sure I understood what was happening today, what charges to expect/what was covered under my prepaid maintenance, and major upcoming (and perhaps costly) service recommendations, so that I could be prepared. At the end of the service, he went over the details of my service and again advised on upcoming service needs/recommendations WITHOUT "selling" or being aggressive/forceful about suggestions, as I have unfortunately experienced in the past. I can only hope Marvin will be around for a while longer, so I can continue to work with him as my service advisor; however, I won't be surprised if his merits find him a position in management sometime soon-at which time I will be both congratulatory and selfishly, saddened. Thank you for your service, Marvin!
